Rebecca Ponsford is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with an expertise in gut health, digestive conditions, eating disorders and disordered eating. Rebecca provides individual nutrition support for many conditions including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and coeliac disease and has completed extensive post-graduate training in the low FODMAP diet. She also has a strong passion for sustainable food systems and balanced plant based eating.
