Coat 500g of marinara with just over a level teaspoon of seafood rub. Let marinate for at least half an hour is best. Shallow fry in oil until cooked. Serve on top of a fresh mixed garden salad, sprinkled with some Zesty Pep (optional) quick, easy, healthy, tasty. Great for chowders, gumbo jambalaya or fish in foil on the barbie. Get your rub serve balance right by adjusting up or down to suit your tastebuds.
