Emma Strutt is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and is currently completing post-graduate studies in climate change adaptation. Having completed the eCornell certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition and eating a plant-based diet herself for well over a decade, Emma is passionate about the benefits of plant-based diets for personal and planetary health.
Emma serves as lead QLD dietitian for the charity Doctors For Nutrition and is co-founder of The Lentil Intervention, a not-for-profit Australasian educational and advocacy platform, raising awareness of the current climate and health crises.
