Vegan and Gluten Free
Ingredients
Base:
- 1/2 cup of fresh dates
- 1 cup of almonds
- 1/4 cup of coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Blackberry Jam Layer:
- 1.5 cups of fresh Blackberries
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Mash the Blackberries and stir through the chia seeds and melted coconut oil. Let sit for 15 mins.
- Blend all base ingredients in a food processor with melted coconut oil.
- Press into a small pan, top with blackberry layer and drizzle with chocolate.
- Freeze for an hour and then serve
