GF Green Falafel Bowl – Grace Field




  • GF falafels
  • 180g Halloumi, cut into 1cm strips
  • 3x cups mixed salad leaves
  • 1x 400g can of chickpeas, drained
  • 1x green capsicum, chopped
  • 1x cucumber, chopped
  • 200g green beans, halved
  • 200g snow pea, ends removed
  • 1/2 cup peas



  • 4x tbs Greek yoghurt
  • 2x garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper



  1. Prepare falafels and halloumi as per packet instructions
  2. In a large bowl combine salad leaves, chickpeas, capsicum, cucumber, green beans, snow peas and peas
  3. Top salad with falafels and halloumi strips
  4. In a small bowl mix together sauce ingredients and add to salad to serve
