Feel Better Brownie
Ingredients
- 10 fresh medjol dates
- 1 cup sunflower seeds and desiccated coconut
- 2 serves vanilla protein or collagen (dairy free)
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil

Method
Blitz seeds and coconut first, then add remaining ingredients and blitz again. I recommend taste testing for the right sweetness for you (of course bahh). When mix is slightly sticky press into a pan. (If too dry add a touch of water or more oil, if too sticky add a little coconut) Pop in fridge to set. Devour! 😍
