Feel Better Brownie


  • 10 fresh medjol dates
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds and desiccated coconut
  • 2 serves vanilla protein or collagen (dairy free)
  • 1/2 cup cacao
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Blitz seeds and coconut first, then add remaining ingredients and blitz again. I recommend taste testing for the right sweetness for you (of course bahh). When mix is slightly sticky press into a pan. (If too dry add a touch of water or more oil, if too sticky add a little coconut) Pop in fridge to set. Devour! šŸ˜
