- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 shot espresso (or 1 tsp instant espresso powder)
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (or 1 heaped tsp cacao powder)
- 1/2 cup milk (or water)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a jar
- Cover/seal and set in the refrigerator overnight
- In the morning, top your chilled oats with desired toppings (i.e., fruit, chia seeds, flaxseeds, honey, cacao nibs) and enjoy!
