Choc Espresso Overnight Oats – Tahlia


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 shot espresso (or 1 tsp instant espresso powder)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder (or 1 heaped tsp cacao powder)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or water)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup



  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or a jar
  2. Cover/seal and set in the refrigerator overnight
  3. In the morning, top your chilled oats with desired toppings (i.e., fruit, chia seeds, flaxseeds, honey, cacao nibs) and enjoy!
