Chocolate Coated Corn Thins

Ingredients

    • 5x corn thins
    • 100g dark chocolate melts
      + toppings of your choice

Method 

  • Melt chocolate as directed.
  • Coat the corn thins with chocolate and top with your favourite toppings before setting in the fridge.
  • Enjoy!
Corn thins are a great low calorie, cheap and fibre filled snack that are naturally gluten free and low FODMAP. They’re also super versatile, so whether you’re feeling like something sweet or salty, they’re bound to fill those cravings (with the right toppings of course)!
 
Please note: to remain low FODMAP, I would recommend the following toppings: popcorn, coconut, seeds or selected nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts, macadamias or brazil nuts). Cashews and pistachios (in any amount) as well as almonds (more than 10) are considered high FODMAP.
