Banana Oat Pancakes – Olivia


  • 1/2 C oats
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt



  1. Blend the oats in a blender until a flour texture is formed.
  2. Add in the banana, eggs, baking powder and salt and combine.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Pour mixture onto a non-stick pan and cook until golden on both sides.
  5. Serve with berries, yoghurt, fresh banana, and a drizzle of maple syrup!
