Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Soft Dried Apricots
- Coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
- ½ cup of Almond Meal
- 2/3 Cup of Des Coconut
Method
Place all ingredients in a high quality food processor, pulse on high until all ingredients are combined.
Roll mixture into small balls then toss in coconut. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
