Jessica Milliner is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with 10+ years of experience in a variety of clinical areas and the private practice setting. She is passionate about helping adults confidently navigate a new diagnosis of coeliac disease and assist those who may be suffering with ongoing symptoms and/or uncertainty around the gluten free diet. Jessica aims to educate and empower her clients to make gluten free food choices that they enjoy whilst restoring their gut health so that they feel healthy, happy and supported on a gluten free diet. Jessica is also a coeliac herself and therefore understands the challenges faced in consuming a lifelong 100% gluten free diet. She hopes to use her own experiences to help others overcome some of the daily struggles and/or long-term challenges they are faced with. As a strong advocate for promoting evidence-based nutrition advice, Jessica aims to keep abreast of the latest research in the area. She is very passionate about all things coeliac and gut health and loves filling her cup with up-to-date learning and development opportunities.
