About Melissa D’Elia

Melissa D’Elia is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian from Sprout Nutrition who specialises in plant-based/vegan diets and gastrointestinal health, including irritable bowel syndrome.

Melissa completed her Master of Dietetics degree from Monash University, she has also completed additional training with the Monash University Low FODMAP diet course.

Melissa is passionate about providing nutrition support to optimise health and wellbeing. She believes that diet plays a role in all areas of health, not just physical, but also emotional, social, intellectual and environmental. She is passionate about helping you to establish a healthy relationship with food, allowing you to be happy and healthy while reaching your goals.
