Louisa Stephens is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. Louisa and her team at
Nutrition Wisdom are experienced in the management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
and food intolerances. She has a special interest in gut health and is passionate about how
our gut microbiome can influence our health.
Although based in Brisbane, Louisa also consults virtually, providing 1:1 support to people all
over Australia. Louisa has personal experience with IBS and can relate to the struggle her
patients are experiencing. Her goal is to help people navigate this difficult time with ease
and ensure they’re supported when making dietary changes.
