About Rochelle:
Rochelle Zgudka, APD, is a nationally recognized Accredited Practising Dietitian, Nutritionist and Business Development Manager at FODMAP Friendly.
She graduated from Deakin University in 2008, with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics
Rochelle is heavily involved in the Global FODMAP Friendly Certification Program, with manufacturers, recipe and ingredient innovation and marketing to help those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) eat and shop with confidence.
When she is not talking about nutrition, you can find Rochelle enjoying time with her five year old, keeping active with cycling, yoga, pilates, camping and enjoying food and wine paring.
About Ijmeet:
Ijmeet Maan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Nutritionist and Social Media Executive at FODMAP Friendly.
She graduated Deakin University with a Masters of Dietetics and a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Food Studies and Nutrition.
She is a FODMAP trained dietitian, having completed both the FODMAP Institute ‘IBS Management: The Low FODMAP Diet’ course and Monash University ‘Low FODMAP Diet for IBS’ online training course for health professionals.
Ijmeet is meticulously involved in the FODMAP Friendly Certification Program globally, with manufacturers, recipe creation, educational posts and marketing to help those following a low FODMAP diet. She is passionate about helping and supporting people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) to identify which foods and habits are causing trouble and to eat and shop with confidence.
When Ijmeet is not developing nutritional content, she enjoys reading, keeping active with walks, gym and yoga and, spending quality time with her family and friends.
